Biggest team flaws

This by far was one of the finest coaching seasons I've ever witnessed. Can't really scream fire Kyle after watching him and Saleh coach circles around the league this season. But the same things plague is year in and year out. Kyle specifically is terrible at personnel management. Not playing his offensive rookies all season is unacceptable. Your scheme can't be that complex to grasp that you can't get reps for your future starters. Running cmc into the ground will only get you so far. Team philosophy: Are we ever gonna get away from this wide 9 front? I personally don't like it, seems easy to run against, and no other team uses this as a base front to my knowledge. Are we still a run first team or a drop back passing team now? I feel like we never got back to our identity this season Practice habits: something has gotta change. We CAN NOT continue to do whatever we are doing expecting different results with all these injuries. Move the practice field, hire a witch Dr, so something different.

It's personal, we didn't have the horses to compete, coaching was A+, we need to hit free agent hard and draft well

Our corners SUCK against the seahawks.

Lenoir and Green are mid tier.

We should re sign Kendricks if possible in case Warner goes down.

I definitely wouldn't mind seeing Kendrick come back for depth. We gotta bring in more quality depth this off season

Biggest flaw is Macdonald is the HC of Seattle. Something we have no control over. Look up Purdy's stats against a Mike Macdonald coached defense. It's not great.

I would disagree . no corner in the NFL will be able to cover for 7 seconds. the lack of pass rush/pressure killed the back end. as far as Luter yeah he is Toast

This really hurts for sure compared to the rest of the division. Only young guys on defense get to play, offense they get no playing time at all to develop

They've done a horrible job drafting in 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds over the years which has left their talent level below average.

Teams like the Seahawks and Patriots were quickly able to replenish their talent and trade us their cast offs for picks

10 years going in and they clearly have a specific type of players. WR for example, must be physical with YAC, same with TE. Yet they keep drafting the opposite, aka smaller soft WR etc.

Their drafting needs more work and them not playing rookies needs to change!

Need speed on offense. RB, WR, and TE. CMC is a step slower, Rickie is not available, Kittle mostly not available.

Need to be bigger and quicker on D-line. Still getting pushed around, especially on the edges. No pressure with 4 rushing.

Need speed at LB position. Outside of Warner, the LBs are very slow.

Need another fast cover safety. Mustafa can't cover TEs, that's a big problem. Sigle is improving.

Biggest team flaws is we cant hit reliably on first and second and third round picks. They should almost always be money but more often than not they are busts. Especially 3rd round picks. How many have not even made it 3 seasons on the team?
