I'm not sure Montii Bill is the answer to replace Gire.
Ball will probably get hurt next year and hurt his stock, also he had 307 carries this year and 24 catches thats a hell of a work load, if he has another similar year hell be up near 900 total touches for his career which would end being nearly 30 touches more then Chris Polk during his career at Washington.
If Polk's durability is being questioned because of his workload I can only imagine how badly Ball will be scrutinized if Polk doesn't have a great rookie year.
