Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter
Former 49ers S Dashon Goldson agreed to terms on a five-year deal with Tampa Bay. Really. We're sure.

S Dashon Goldson gets five years, $41.25 million, with $22 million guaranteed from the Bucs.

It was inevitable. You can't pay everyone..
Bring on Landry at half the price :-)

Well he got what he wanted so congrats to him I guess.
They'll have a good secondary, not sure about the rest of their team.

Pfff..WAY overpaid. Goldson is a great hitter, but not worth that much $$.. Landry a very similar talent.

Well, he got his wish...$8M a year +. Methinks the Bucs overpaid him, but it's their right. This is why his camp and Baalke couldn't agree on a contract...he wanted too much money. Wish him well, but we need to move on. Sign Woodson, draft one of the top S and let's get on with it.

No kidding. God bless him, but there's no way he's worth $8M per year. Then again, he'll need it for all the fines he's going to accumulate.
