When Walsh came back on his second stint as GM, he admittedly wasn't prepare as needed. Whiffed badly on Reggie McGrew.

Going to have to lean on Tom Gamble and the current scout evaluation.

Very good possibility, especially with later picks... but being at #2, hopefully that's almost a shoe-in. Unless we take DeShaun Watson which would be stupid.

Ehh I mean look at Titans rookie GM this past yr...dude nailed the draft/FA and they had the 1st pick.

We will see, as long as lynch keeps surrounding himself with smart football minds I'll be happy...arrow up!!

Bit different picking bottom of the first round and at #2 overall.

I hope Lynch will stuff that nerd Paraag in his locker if he tries to butt in on football decisions.

Lynch said in the transcript thst he reports to Jed when he was asked if Paraag was his boss

But...but...but... Al Guido is in charge of football decisions!

Al Guido wears a pin-striped suit, eats cannolis, and launders money.

but but but who will they hire to meddle in position coaching?

Don't think Lynch would put up with AD and his BS. That whole situation was retarded going into the season. He managed to f**ked up the team 2years in a row with his same BS indecision.

I think you're right about that. I don't see Lynch wasting time on wishy-washy football players.
If Gamble doesn't provide worthy of keeping, Peters gets instant promotion! And let's follow GB's example, if offered a job elsewhere, give Peters a raise so he'll stay.

Would be lovely to shove it to Indy when we play them next year. Even if we only win a few games like we expect, I'll be glad if that's one of them.

didnt even think of that. i dont think lynch would be a coach/gm but he'll definitely be at practices giving pointers if he notices something wrong. i get the feeling that hes going to build us into a bully and I cant f**king wait. he seems like the kind of guy who doesnt tolerate soft players. we consistently get punked by seattle, i think that is gonna stop very soon

I hear you but I just don't think the GM needs to be out at practice directing players. He should tell the coaches behind the scenes and let them adjust the players.

This Peters guy seems like a good hire.
