Starting to feel this way. Both starting to like, also aprehensive.

Wonder if we'll still hire Dominik

I wont be surprised if we dont hire him.

I think Peters was the guy that he had in mind to hire as his #2 guy.

Makes me wonder if Lynch will whiff on draft picks in his first year. It tend to happen with regime change with instability that first few months leading to the draft.

When Walsh came back on his second stint as GM, he admittedly wasn't prepare as needed. Whiffed badly on Reggie McGrew.

Going to have to lean on Tom Gamble and the current scout evaluation.

Very good possibility, especially with later picks... but being at #2, hopefully that's almost a shoe-in. Unless we take DeShaun Watson which would be stupid.
So glad to see Lynch's aggressive approach. Identify the guy you want and go f*n get him. Baalke's wait and see approach was so frustrating.

Hope he's the same way in FA>

Draft tip for Lynch-Myles Garrett is good. If Myles Garrett is there at #2, draft Myles Garrett.

Amazing. Something he already has that baalke didn't have is charisma. Free agents are gonna like him.

Lets hope so. Another thing that FA's will like is Shanahan's system (at least the offensive guys).
but but but who will they hire to meddle in position coaching?

I hope Lynch will stuff that nerd Paraag in his locker if he tries to butt in on football decisions.

Lynch said in the transcript thst he reports to Jed when he was asked if Paraag was his boss

But...but...but... Al Guido is in charge of football decisions!

If Lynch opted to coach DBs on the side as well, I doubt anyone here would mind all that much.

I was excited by the change right away. Lynch bringing something we desperately need--credibility. Help making the franchise attractive again. Still hesitant because it was SO out of left field.

But it's looking like we have a guy who can connect the dots, at one point, to me, the least appreciated FO value.

Now I'm starting to feel GOOD about it.

Almost post Week 1 good. Scary.

Very encouraged by Lynch wasting no time in getting a top scout from a winning organization to be his partner. he has gamble and peters so far, have a feeling he'll try to get a former gm type in there as well for the pro personnel aspect of it. peters seems to be more of a super college scout but i could be wrong

Don't think Lynch would put up with AD and his BS. That whole situation was retarded going into the season. He managed to f**ked up the team 2years in a row with his same BS indecision.

They already have Paraag
didnt even think of that. i dont think lynch would be a coach/gm but he'll definitely be at practices giving pointers if he notices something wrong. i get the feeling that hes going to build us into a bully and I cant f**king wait. he seems like the kind of guy who doesnt tolerate soft players. we consistently get punked by seattle, i think that is gonna stop very soon
