Agree.
And calling for Kap is irrational desperation. He would do well in the right scheme. Just not this one.
I was very impressed with Kaepernick in his final season
I stopped reading right there. You didn't watch a single game. How could ANYONE be impressed with a sub 50% completion rate and a QB rating just as poor in the second half of EVERY damn game he played in during his last year. How could ANYONE be impressed with Kap playing well enough to win in the 1st half and then watch him s**t the bed completely in the 2nd half, week after week after week?
Since you didn't watch and base your posts on stats alone, please go compare 1st half to 2nd half stats on this impressive season you post about.
Is Kap a better QB than CJ beathard ?stats don't lie the answer is obvious what about game against the rams he scrambled for TD in 4th qtr to win the game you so called niner fans have selective amnesia
No Kap is not a better QB than Beathard, not in this system he isn't. Kap would be non-functional in this system because he struggles to read defenses and this offense relies on a QB to quickly read defenses and make the appropriate play. Kyle isn't going to serve up 1 read plays for CJ they way Roman/Harbaugh did for Kap, he makes the QB fit into the system not vice versa. Kap isn't in the NFL because his passing ability diminished each year and the word was out that he struggled reading defenses. Owners would have Kap on the roster if they thought it meant wins. He's not on an NFL roster because he isn't very good.
