Ballard as GM would likely result in Toub as head coach.
Pioli as GM would likely mean McDaniels or some other Belichick disciple.
Kirchner from Seattle could mean Bevell as head coach.
Those are the pairings I've heard about. Have no idea who someone like Riddick would want as HC.

49ers are 5 or more years from the playoffs, organization is complete garbage from front office to coaching to the QB to the horrid defense. None of the top flight guys are going to say yes to the Yorks and take on this mattress fire....

He was highly respected for being a DL coach. Nobody outside of the 49ers organization had him on any head coaching lists.
Vikings did interview him for their HC opening in 2014.
