I picked Gruden only because he is a proven offense couch. do Not let him run the draft NO NO NO. he is not the GM. if there is a young up and coming Offensive couch that they want to take a chance on i'm all for that too.

Whoever it is I want an offensive minded coach that his is stuff together. No more game day disorganization or players quitting on the team, (see Balmer, Coffee, and Lewis).
I prefer Gruden over Harbaugh because he has been there before, but if we had to get a first time NFL HC Harbaugh would not be bad choice at all.

You're basically gonna get either Andrew Luck or Jake Locker, meaning, you're gonna get a Franchise QB. Throw in some playmakers with the other picks and we are good to go. All we need is a well coached team and with this division we should dominate.
