lol Team Penn sucks! I cant wait to see Corey Hill stomp that little b***h Gabe.

Just saw the CroCop fight on Daily motion. (very novice MMA fan)

Good stuff. One question when they are ground how long does the ref get them to stay there before he stands them up??

To me the stand up element is the best part of the fighting and they need to encourage that much more. The rolling around on the ground stuff is boring..like grappling in boxing.

Someone correct me if i am wrong, but i think they stand up Fighters when they dont advance their position on the ground.

Should be after a minute-minute half, they have to stand back up.

I mean it seems to me that some MMA fighters like fighting on the ground, but they all are supposed to be able to fight standing up right??? I mean there are NO straight grapple only fighters in MMA, most of them have skills in stand up fighting right?? If they reduce that ground hugging then I think it really opens up the sport to be more exicting. You wouldn't completely take away the ground element and take away submissions, but you allow for more striking Knockouts.
