Notre Dame has very little talent for a team in the NCAA title game. Any NFL team would have thrashed this squad.

One loss to the Aggies doesn't mean this Bama team couldn't beat the worse NFL team. Sure, they may not win 16 out of 16 matches (or even many of them) but eventually size, speed, talent and good coaching will beat a bad NFL team. I'm sorry, but the talent gap between the best college teams and the worst NFL teams isn't as great a chasm as one might thing. But more importantly, I think it's funny when people don't bother to actually analyze things; they just blow it off and say "that could never happen." In truth, most anything can be done given the right mix of ingredients.
