Well, I'm tired of ppl posting this stuff on the Pac-Floyd posting, I'm actually excited about this bout, and Pacman may have a challenge in Clottey, especially since Clottey hasn't fought in a while since his fight was cancelled in December. First, I like how they're going to fight in Dallas Stadium to test out the success for the future Mayweather vs Pacman bout. [url]http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/news/story?id=4813862[/url] Second, wanted to ask how everyone feels about Pacman actually defending his title against a "some-what" worthy opponent (I still feel a match with Mosely would've been more legit, but clottey is still a marquee name in the Welterweight ranks and better than what Floyd ever did)? Also, if Mayweather ducks again, would the possibility of Pacman vs the winner of the Mosely/Berto match suffice, or should he try to move to another weight-class? Can't wait for March 13th (my birthday weekend!!!!) and would love to see another Pacman beatdown!!!!

I'm so hyped my blood pressure is up! I hope PAC wins cause Clottey is no joke....I have been feeling like it's a trap fight! I hope I'm just nervous cause I'm a fan.

I agree it could be a trap fight if Clottey has changed his style to be more aggressive b/c I don't think anyone has paid any attention to his training. If he does, Pacman might get too excited and start wailing on him and then Clottey switches styles back to defense and snag points off of sloppiness.

If he keeps his heavy defensive strategy, though, Pacman will knock him out in 9 rounds, just like Cotto. I'm more worried about Pacman getting bored and Clottey sneaking in points.

Pacquiao was the underdog coming in and shocked everyone by dethroning Ledwaba from the title he held. Ledwaba was hardly a scrub then. I believe this was one of the undercards to a DLH fight as well.
