Sacramento Kings 2009-2010 thread

The Kings disappointed me this season after a decent start but I believe they have a bright future. Some solid players along with future stud Tyreke Evans. Hopefully the ping pong balls roll in our favor and we get another stud like Evan Turner to accompany him. Will be interested to see what we do as far as cap space goes and who would actually want to join our team.

Well, with the Warriors and Wizards winning, here are our lottery odds. We finished 3rd worst.

% chance of 1st pick: 15.6
% chance of 2nd pick: 15.7
% chance of 3rd pick: 15.6
% chance of 4th pick: 22.6
% chance of 5th pick: 26.5
% chance of 6th pick: 4.0

Can't pick lower than 6th. And we'll also have the 33rd pick in Round 2.

Really hoping for a top 2 pick. Lottery is May 18.

If the top 3 was Nets, Wiz, Kings. Would it be Wall, then Turner? Leaving us with Cousins (please make it happen)

The Wiz are a blank slate. They'd go BPA. Same with Nets. I don't think GSW would pass on Wall or Turner if they were ahead of us, but I can't read the Warriors.

If it was Nets, Wiz, Kings...I'd say Wall, Turner go ahead of us. Then it's us and Petrie will make the best pick he can.

Cousins still worries me, but I know the tools are there. I like Favors, don't think Wes Johnson works for us, don't want a Euro. I like Monroe and Udoh later, but not sure if they'll be our best bet if we're top 3-5.

oh and I'd rather Cousins. My wishlist is Getting the #2 pick and getting Turner or Cousins.
