I read it was being reported by the alleged victim "a few days after the incident" so probably Tue or Wed maybe. They're making a play for some moolah after thinking it over for a couple days.

This is a non-story really, probably met and maybe even hooked up with a girl who had dollar signs in her eyes and thinks she's being clever. Except she's not. This would've come out immediately he really did f**k up like that.

If she did, Crabs would have been arrested....Bruises, scratches, etc.. is enough evidence to make an arrest. But, since the alleged victim did not report the incident right away, who is to say how she got those injuries if in fact there were any injuries.....which at this point hasn't been reported. SFPD's statement asks for anyone with information to contact SVU...so in my opinion, there probably isn't alot to go on here.

I was at the hotel when they arrived - they all walked in at the same time and immediately went into the elevator and up to their rooms - they were in the lobby for like five seconds - although I didn't see him specifically, it would be impossible to say definitively that he wasn't there.

Just like Panda he will be exonerated! I think there should be a penalty for making false accusations or trying to extort money from people. There are a lot of low lifes out there.
