I don't think Cartwright will get cut because he can return punts and kicks also. Plus, he is a special teams ace-or that's what I've seen somewhere. Damn, this team has too much talent.

FWIW Cartwright hasn't returned a single punt in his career and a lot of guys can return kicks.

Was I hallucinating or was Kenall Hunter returning kicks at some point and as I remember he wasn't too bad at it? I questioned why he wasn't doing it against the Giants. Maybe I am imagining things though.
He sux azz in madden doe.

I wouldn't mind that. Maybe Hunter should have been considered instead of Williams since he had a concussion.
Just my two cents...never been a fan of Jacobs. He's the kind of guy who keeps his mouth shut when the team is struggling or losing, then runs his mouth when his team wins. He's a loudmouth a*****e in that sense and doesn't have the game to back it up. He was never even that good, and the rap on him is that he doesn't like getting hit anymore. I know our FO is pretty savvy and i get why they want a guy like him, but he's not the guy. He's actually more like Dixon on the field in that, as big as he is, he dances around instead of exploding into the pack and grinding out those 3-4 yards.

Still scratching my head about drafting LaMichael James. I don't have any problem with him as a player, just not sure I like having him and Hunter together as our backups. I like Hunter a lot, thought he should've gotten more time last year so maybe there's something there the coaches see/know that I don't (which is entirely possible). But if we wanted the big, powerhouse running back we just as easily could've drafted one as well I'm sure.

I don't think Jacobs sticks. The fact he's talking about just starting to do squats should tell you all you need to know about his work ethic.
The 2 cops that escorted them are getting charged big time. One is facing 5 years and the other 18 months. They're saying that it was Brandon's idea and asked them to do it.

I really liked what I saw from Brandon Jacobs tonight. Really looked like the old BJacobs.

CAN YOU IMAGINE - Us being in the lead in the 4th Quarter and you got to bring down Brandon Jacobs AND Frank Gore!

Then try to catch up to LaMike + KHunt?

16-0.
Jacobs was money in his short stint, the RBs are stacked!

Best performance of the game, IMO.

Let's hope he keeps it up.

Could be looking at the #1 rushing team in the NFL this season.

Gun jumping, FTW!

If it is one thing that we lead the league in offensively this season, it will be rushing.
I can't thing another team that has that much depth at RB other than ours
Dude was running hard

those short yardage gains really didn't show much. He wasn't met at the line by defenders, the OL did a good job. IF anything, he needs to lower his head in those situations. It looked like he was running straight up. The run that impressed me the most, was the one he broke for 20 some yards. He still has that speed around the edge. Also, that DB wanted no part of that lol

He needs to learn a wicked stiff arm like Hearst. He could've gave a better stiff-arm to the guy he tried to go around last night. He does have good speed for a big guy
