I would much rather hire Kelly than some retread NFL coach that has been fired elsewhere. If I was Cleveland I would rather take a shot on him than someone like Todd Haley or Lovie Smith.
Just b/c a coach was fired itdoesn't mean automatically that he is incompetent. Sometimes some owners or GMs fire their HCs way too soon.

With all the coaches available from when we hired Harbaugh til now, I would've taken Harbaugh over any of them, even back then.
