the only thing spurrier ever did in the nfl was to be a good punter for us and play well when brodie sprained his ankle in 1972. that is the extent of his nfl resume

sombody made a really good point. Bama would have at the most 30 guys on their team who could play in the NFL, the NFLs worst team has 53 guys who could play in the NFL.

Alabama would get terribly beat and there would be a lot of injuries for bama.
It's important to keep in mind the best of the best (1st-3rd rounders) don't even contribute much their first year or even second for that matter. It's all about learning technique and growing in knowledge because raw athletic ability or brute strength isn't enough in this league. If Jacksonville played them, I think the score could easily be 42-10. I'm not even sure I'd give Alabama 10.
