How about nfl network draft guru, Mike Mayock. Profootballtalk said there was interest from 3 or 4 different teams in mayock to take a front office position last spring. Mayock seems really smart every time I hear him talk.

Didn't people think Matt Millen was "really smart" because he spoke well on T.V.?

I agree its a huge concern, but Mayock has been right about matt ryan, earl thomas, and brandon flowers to name a few. Mayock just seems another level than does matt millen.

How about J.J? At least he'd be golden with the draft.

Ron Wolf might be nice, but he's probably enjoying retirement. Floyd Reese might be intriguing, probably just as old as Wolf.
Lets steal Ted Thompson or whoever is the GM for the Steelers. The steelers are stacked at every freaking position.

Why Lombardi?
The dude was part of the terrible Raiders teams of recent memory...

Reese is 62 and Wolf is 72.
Ted Thompson has built a great team in GB - they dominated the Giants tonight.
