So he didnt tell the front office that he was making this decision..

UPDATE: Another turn in this ridiculous saga: Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports that as of the Monday waiver deadline, Randy Moss had not been waived, though he still could be in the future. We're being told that Moss' agent has been informed that his client has been waived, but that the paperwork did not get filed in time. This just means that Moss will hit the wire on Tuesday, with claims made by Wednesday.
