Vikings Release MOSS!!!!!

Those of you calling for us to sign Moss seem to have forgotten that he plays WR, not OC. And he's known for compounding issues when things aren't going well for a franchise. See his tenure in Oakland and his performance last night.

Adding Moss to our situation would be one of the dumbest moves in NFL history.

5 games against division opponents though. I think you can make the argument that if we win all 5 of those games and 1 game against Tampa, GB or San Diego we have a pretty good chance at the playoffs.

Is 8-8 good enough to win this division ? Can we actually win 6 of 8 games, 5 of which are divisional ? Will Moss want to be here and will he clash or coincide with Sing's personality...which Moss shows up here ?

There are a lot of IF's and questions that surround this all and I am not sure he provides all the answers to the questions.

Would Randy Moss increase the chances of making the Playoffs? Hell Yea.
Is 3 mil. worth a potential playoff spot? Hell f**king Yea.

How much do our chances actually increase ? You still need 6-7 wins out of 8 games.

And answer these questions :

Does Randy know the offense ?
Does Randy have chemistry with whomever is our QB ?
Doe Randy want to play here ?
Will Randy quit on plays or this team ?
Will Randy clash with Sing ?

For a dynamic veteran like Moss, he would absolutely increase those chances. It would create all kinds of match up problems for the defense and it would open up the field for Crabs, V. Davis and Gore.

You still need 6-7 wins out of 8 games.

Minnesota was 1-3 with Moss and he wasn't giving 100% to that organization and he wasn't producing like the Moss of old with Brady or Favre as his QB. Why is he going to come in here and be any different ?
