I agree, the 49ers are successful because the guys they pick are "team" guys. Cowboys fall apart because they buy divas and "individuals." I wouldn't want to see Pickens or Lamb regardless of the their talent.

My point is everyone is talking about the injuries at receiver and rightfully so. However we saw in the 4th quarter last week with Evans out, the team didn't adjust and I can see Purdy trying to do something and getting injured. Thoughts on that and the impact that woudl have? Isn't that why they need to survive this game and come out as injury free as possible and protect Purdy? The running game has to dominate this weekend I think.

A 7th would be my guess. That is where he was drafted. He is a kid who seems to have a lot of potential but hasn't demonstrated it in other than a flash now and then. PFF ranks him #78 among all IDL.

Could this happen? Purdy without his core receivers tries to make things happen, it's his nature, and he goes down, injured. Then the Niners lose this game because they don't respond to the lost of Purdy even with Jones.

What's really odd is the Seahawks are -3 against the Chiefs...I can't figure that one out. Even taking into account this is all about Gambling.

I think the media and fans think they will rebound. They're still a good team. The Falcons are not the Seahawks, however. I don't think they're a solid and consistent team at all. But at the end of the day the Niners are only favored by -2.5. They must really think we are in trouble with the offense and it will carry over into next week

I thought I read somewhere that the 49ers would only take $2 mil cap hit or something like that. Gotta remember that Vea has been paid for 5 or 6 games already.

I believe some contracts might be reworked in the off-season.
