(A primary topic with all the injuries on defense, and fragile receiver group.) The latest article about trading for Max Crosby - projecting two 1st, a 4th, 5th, and Juan. Max is 28, a little banged up now, and signed through 2029 for 91MM guaranteed. So he wouldn't be a 1 year rental. I totally get the draft pick price for this caliber of player. My concern: 1. Next draft a LT has to be a priority (no room to pursue one in free agency) - and foregoing LT and OL help 2 years in a row is a non-starter for me. Heck, if Aiyuk doesn't return to form, we may even need to be drafting another receiver high. 2. Could we even absorb him under the cap? Or would be be further cutting other talent?

maybe the niners are anticipating cuts and they can get someone there?

I honestly view this as the team doesn't see itself as a championship contender with all these injuries, which I kind of understand. So they don't want to waste resources for next year.

sorta s**tty and kinda deflates the rest of the year but is what it is. We keep winning with scrubs though. Impressive coaching by Kyle

f**k no it wasn't. Go tell that to the players that because Bosa tore his ACL the season is over. 9ers have won what 4 games without him. Two games without Warner.

That's f**kin absurd to say the season is over despite the 49ers winning without their star players. This team is busting their asses off trying to win, John Lynch owed it to them to get some help.

Like I said those that are here for next year, please leave I'll see you next year.
