Man the cowboys straight stole Williams. Now that's a trade that helps now and the future. Niners should've been in on that. Nobody else really moved the needle for us.

Not to mention that if the 9ers had traded for QW, that 1st round pick wouldn't even have been in the top 15.

That was John Lynch's time to shine!!!! Instead his balls are in mommy's purse.

Not to mentio they have a pretty bad track record of drafting d lineman. Trading for a proven all pro would've been smart

You know which one stings the most and it's up there with the Trey Lance trade? When the 49ers traded away DeForest Buckner only to select that f**kin bust Javon Kinlaw. That was frickin horrible!!!
I'm not even mad they didn't make any trades. I just want them to stop flopping on draft picks and actually invest in quality prospects on the OL and in the secondary.
Three of those teams above us will lose this weekend (including Lambs)... that'll bump us up in the rank

And then there's this

Lol. My man choosing violence.

NY never misses the chance to take a dig at Brock.

I get not trading a 1st for Hendrickson. Or a 2nd for Johnson.

But I'm bothered by the QW trade.

I wanted him. Didn't think he was really available. Then for one glorious hour I dreamed about getting him after the Sauce trade.

And I easily would've given up what Dallas did. They didn't have to give up a 2026 1st and their season effectively ended last night so I figured no way they steal anyone from us.

Now I gotta hope I look dumb and QW flops in Dallas

f**k no it wasn't. Go tell that to the players that because Bosa tore his ACL the season is over. 9ers have won what 4 games without him. Two games without Warner.

That's f**kin absurd to say the season is over despite the 49ers winning without their star players. This team is busting their asses off trying to win, John Lynch owed it to them to get some help.

Like I said those that are here for next year, please leave I'll see you next year.

Doesn't matter, we weren't getting past the cowDung in the playoffs anyways

This is what really pisses me off about the QW trade.

Dallas' season ended last night. They're 3-5-1 and need to finish 7-1 to even make the playoffs and that's not happening. Yet they were buyers anyway.

But we're supposed to stand pat at 6-3?? Why???

Jerry is trying to save face after the Micah Parsons trade. It's also a move for the future. Dallas is also an absolute clown show, so there's that.

Yetur is out for the season, Aiyuk is not guaranteed to come back. Cowing I could give two s**ts if he came back. Purdy I'm not holding my breath. Pearsall's PCL whatever.

Sterling Bennett is a f**kin Homer!!

cause john lynch wants cheap talent, they don't want to pay anyone, problem is they want superstars on the cheap which means you gotta hit on your picks, something lynch is not good at, niners have gotten cheap pretty much sums it up

The reality will set in this Sunday.
Lots of reps for the youngsters to get ready for next year and hopefully drafting top 10 is possible.

Agreed with all, it's setting a loser culture to think like that, you 6-3… it is what it is now tho

It is what it is now. But man it would've given the defense a huge boost and would've gotten some respect.

Now that the trade deadline has come and past, can we at least sign Asante Samuel Jr. please?????

I think the 49ers are mistaken to think they can get by another season with this aging and injured core. I'm smelling a full rebuild

This was the year to go all in considering our cake walk schedule.

I have no faith in Shanahan to build a proper Oline or not waste early draft picks and over draft guys.

And to expect this aging roster to not get injured next year is absurd. Kittle, Pearsall, Purdy are made of glass. Warner, Aiuyk, Bosa and Williams will be coming off major injuries. CMC and Williams will be a year older.
It would've been perfect timing to go all in with all these injuries.

It's probably not Lynch that's being cheap. It's not his money. It's already been well reported by several reliable unverified sources on twitter that Jed York doesn't want to spend the cash.
