Less stress throwing a football I reckon.

It looks like TJ recovery can take quite some time. I think the other alternative to surgery, from what I have seen, is stem cells. But it looks like TJ is not an uncommon surgery for some athletes. I didn't even know what that ligament was, now I know more about TJ than I probably needed to have lol.

Terrible news for Brock and the 49ers. Was refreshing Twitter all morning and finally gave up around 11ish and told myself I'm not getting worked up about it - he's gonna be ok - a few weeks and he'll be back. This sucks - same feeling I had when Lance went down in week 2.

How can we possibly have such terrible luck with keeping our QBs upright.

If 6 months is just recovery - that's end of July. He's gonna lose the entire offseason pretty much.

Well, don't leave a back up tight end to block Hassan Riddick, maybe?

They wanted to injury Purdy it was obvious.

No, they didn't.

It was a legit play by Reddick.

Maybe next time, we shouldn't have our backup TE attempt to block one of the best pass rushers in the game.

Every play you can hurt someone in football.

Lol I don't think we realize we had someone literally DIE on the field this year.

Perspective folks.

What could possibly go wrong?

now, TRUST Kyle to find a TE via Draft of FA that can block that LB so that his QB can complete a 15 yard pass..

That was Kyles fault too.

Meh…TEs blocking DEs is not a rare occurrence. It happens. Could have had the same injury if RT was beaten.

Why we need to blame someone. It happened. Maybe during the game or right after when emotions are high - ppl may say this but let's look at it more realistically. Could have happened on any hit.
I still see Brock starting next year, unless there is a delay with his rehab. I imagine there will be a nominal camp competition. We should sign a reliable vet, and that should give us a lot of options in the trading window.

It really is, just a stupid play design to have Riddick alone like that. Have never seen a team allow that happen to Bosa.
