A lot at stake here for Brock. He knows this is/was his best shot to be the 49ers quarterback, so he obviously wants the quickest recovery time.

No! Either one would demand 20-30+ Mil. We need $$ to sign Aiyuk, Bosa and CMC. Having 2 capable QB's on rookie salaries is what is going to keep our Super Bowl window open for a while. We just need a backup for Trey while Purdy recovers and hopefully it's a 100% recovery, which I fully expect. Most baseball pitchers come back from this I don't see any reason for Brock to be any different.
Agreed. f**k those old dinosaurs. Just roll with Trey if Purdy's not ready week 1. Draft another QB with an elite 10 yard split and fast processing/decision making lol.
No. roll with jimmy for 1.5 years until brock comes back. We will be in playoffs both years. if we sign a RIGHT TACKLE.
Man, no offense, but you have to be willfully blind to not see Trey is misfit for this offense. He's talented, this style of offense isn't him. The Steelers or Giants offense is more to his suiting. To play this offense successfully, you have to have a quick release, and Trey ain't got it. This is the wrong offense foe him. If this is a Superbowl, we ain't got time to try and force square pegs down round holes.

Makes sense Shanny would trade all that draft capital for a guy who he can't design an offense around.

Trey's got a quick release. He just needs the game to slow down, which comes with experience. I'm excited to see what Trey can do. And if he falters, Brock will be heeling in the wings.

I'm thrilled we know so much from less games than I can count on one hand. Come back in a year.

How does one heal a severed ligament without surgery? Seems like it would just stay severed, no?
flex seal.

Here's Rap a little earlier. He says Purdy will be fine for training camp. Take it for what it's worth.

No guarantees in the draft...
Highly drafted Qb's bust every year.
