Of course, I do think the Vikings in Minnesota are a tougher test than all of those. But there's a reason why I stay cautious. There comes a point where "staying competitive" is no longer good enough for me. But I'll let it slide just this one time, because I predicted a 10-point loss and I have the Vikings winning the Super Bowl, anyway.
I agree. I think we need to stop with this moral victory bs, in my opinion. And it should start next week against a Lions team that should be a very winnable game.
The fact of the matter is. The NFC is stacked with talent. You can't keep using the moral victory excuse everytime. That's how you end up as 5-6 win team. At a certain point, this team needs to take the next step forward. And I'm not talking about last year when we were up against a Jacksonville team that probably didn't take us that seriously. I'm talking about when you have good coaches like Mike Zimmer game plan and exploit your weaknesses when they are actually playing for something.
I think all we need is: true #1 wr, a true 3 down back that can also catch, 2 guards, an edge rusher and maybe 1 more LB, another good TE in case Kittle gets injured again....plus, tart needs to play better too...so tired of him getting beat in the Redzone (dang, that's a lot of pieces still.)

I laughed all day about that... literally screwed up a lot of bets.
