Do you guys see ANY changes on the staff??? Obviously Saleh is coming back as the D.C. I would love to at least add a veteran coach on the defensive (and offensive) staff(s). Ken Norton Jr would seem like a perfect fit and addition as LB's coach. I'm also not sold on our DB's coach Hafley (sp?) but I suspect he will be back. On the offensive side, does Kyle hire an offensive coordinator? I hope so, obviously he's not giving up play calling but i think it would only help if he had a little help with game planning and adjusting. The new O.C if there is one, is probably on the staff and that guy is Mike McDaniel who has been with Kyle and basically his right hand man the last 8 or 9 years. Another scenario could be promoting Rich Scgarino (sp?) our QB's coach to O.C as he has a good amount of OC experience (college level) and promote McDaniel to QB's cosch or better yet.... make him the WR's coach as he has a very good resume as WR's coach and move LaFluer from WR's coach to QB's. I do see McDaniel or Scags being an O.C on our team or another NFL team in the 2 years. Thoughts, predictions, ideas????

What about the OL coach, John Benton? He and Kyle were together in HOU so I think that familiarity led him to the 49ers last offseason.I imagine there will be some young talent to develop along the OL. Is he the guy to do it?

Interesting. If the Pack can get Fangio, I think they might make a good run next year. Still, the key to the 4-3 under is that LEO/Elephant - it makes all the other parts click.

With that pass rusher, the focus of the defense shifts from preventing points to getting turnovers.

yep, or the very least get a OC job where he have full control of the playbook and playcalling. IMO, he would make a good pairing with Patricia in NY. If they got Rosen, McCarthy would make that offense top 10 in no time

If i was Nagy, i would be begging Fangio to stay. Or i think Fangio is still under contract right? not so much begging, but more of woe-ing

Can't believe he was actually "interviewed" by Denise York for the HC spot.

After the Chip debacle I had this sick to my stomach feeling that he would end up as our HC all off-season. When we landed Shanny, finally, I nearly cried out of relief and happiness at the same time.

It actually had me thinking towards not being a fan anymore. Which should underscore the magnitude because I've been a fan since birth - literally.
