Of the top 20 Centers in the league right now:
Only 1 was a 1st round pick.
4 came in the 2nd
4 in the 3rd
4 in the 4th
1 in the 5th
AND 6 were UDFA.

So, based on the numbers, the best place to find a starting Center is on the scrap heap of Undrafted Free Agents. Now you know why Center play is not good around the league. You have a bunch of unwanted players competing against the biggest and the best. Nobody wants to play the position so you have to make due with what you can.

The problem I have with this is that out of the top 20 Centers --14 Player where drafted and 6 are undrafted. You infer it is best to fine a center as UDFA. I would rather they draft a player that can play Center . I'm guessing one of the 6 is Brendel ?
Looking at this O line Who will be on the team in 3 years? Maybe Puni if they resign him? Maybe 7th rounder Connor Colby if he improves ? Is there anyone ells that you think will be a good starter on the O line? The line has NO depth . That is a problem.

I'm only pointing out what other teams have at Center.

I want BPA at Center. Brendel will need to be replaced soon as he is getting older.

Nice to see most of the OL getting high ratings from this game. The Panthers DTs were not chopped liver. Good job especially by the IOL.
Only 1 sack given up in the last 3 games.

Something interesting to note Bartch split snaps with Buford 50/50.

Why do you laugh?

Do you not agree with Sewell's rating?

Do you have stats or metrics you would prefer to use?
