Hindsight is 20/20 but should have been burning clock..
Hindsight isnt 20/20 in this case though. They had an enormous lead. Running the ball, even if unsuccessful, keeps the clock moving. When you have a 25 point 2nd half lead, the clock is as big of an opponent as the team you are playing.
