- lol Thursday Night Football not doing one bit to help.
- Now with the rise of Kodi, that overpriced DirecTV deal is backfiring.
- Oh, and how about how there's way way way too many commercial breaks now. Not only did Goodell take out the kickoff with stupid rules, he has a full commercial break before and after us watching a touchback.
- No celebrations play a part too. I agree that some players go too far with it but now we're fining players for stupid things. 10K for flexing? Really? No fun league is killing the buzz.

Yep!
NFL make bundles from the challenges and reviews.
I'm tired of the Viagra, cars and sh2t food commercials.
Let the people on the field make the decisions and live with it.

i think people are sick of all the Unsportsman like conduct penalties and big hit penalties. I have to admit it is frustrating and has lead me to watch more college football. Especially since these calls are being used to shape games, it seems like a good chance the NFL is rigged. College football on the other hand is very unlikely to be rigged

I'm certainly less enthused every year. It doesn't help that watching the 49ers is difficult to stomach at best.

Reasons why NFL is declining.
- The Rules, too many penalties, can't celebrate TDs
- Too many commercials, TD commercial, kick off commercial
- No more hard hits
- Boring offenses
- and niners suck big rhinoceros cocks

Nah. Even when the Niners were doing bad from 2004-2010 there were still a lot of enjoyable games/teams to watch.

Julio Jones getting mugged last week is a perfect example of why I have lost most of my interest in the league. Just one of many reasons for me

Big hits made football fun
Those are virtually non existent now
Million commercial breaks
Million ticky tacky penalties
Huge penalties ignored to help 1 team
Inconsistent penalties pretty much is a huge deal
Touch a QB in the helmet and it's a flag
It's ridiculous

The huge hits are understandable. But penalizing celebrations, fining players left and right and commercial breaks are the ones that are hurting them. Like the York's, the NFL needs to realize that you need to make your consumers happy in order to stay in business.

I'd say a big problem for me is the crap/suspicious officiating.
Multiple times have I watched two non-favorite teams play for a while.. and as I start to see a team getting blatantly pushed towards a win via officiating, I'll just change the channel.
It's not just that though. I get pretty disinterested on most occasions that don't feature my favored teams. Generally better things to occupy that time with.
