In the NFL coaches are allowed to coach from the big boy playbook and dip into the magical coaching pixie dust which gets their coaching game to the next level.

Rest assured even though he's the same coach they had in college now that they're all in the NFL it will be Super Saiyan Azzinaro.

Either that or they're more mature overall physically and mentally, their technique is more consistent and they also learn from the veteran players around them.
