That's fair it's one thing to be on a team and a whole other to actually start and play well though. I mean he very well could have not done it either...It's hard for me to pass judgement on a person that I don't know or if not found guilty. I could see if there was past issues but I don't remember anything?

I'm fine either way, but my main pt is we have a bunch of nothing outside of RR as far as outside DBs go and it's seems like none of our guys can stay healthy.

The OL/CB positions imo will be positions of weakness overall for this team this yr.
He still has to say ,''yes.'' lol

We can't just assume he'll come back without holding a grudge, like nothing happened.

I'm just tired of this guy already, time to move on. I much rather let Witherspoon get a crack at the starting line up, but hey I'm not in charge or anything close to that so......lol.

And even though most might think it's a bad idea why not just inquire about Revis or Tracy Porter?

Sorry NY, I'm just tired of seeing this guy as a 49er just as much as Kaepernick and I'm sure there's a lot more options out there than to just go back to him, that is all.

Matt Maiocco @MaioccoNBCS
49ers spokesman: The #49ers did not reach out to Tramaine Brock's camp and there is no interest in re-signing him.

Welp there's that

It's all good. Sounds like we aren't going after him, I will say he was the 16th overall ranked DB last yr on a very s**tty football team.

Revis is fat and slow and he's not a fit for the system anymore, Brock is better than porter.

My main pt is the outside CB position is very very weak imo....I'm fine with rolling with whatever because I'm in the boat of being competitive yet getting a high draft pick. I just don't want be hear people b***h about the CBs cause they're gonna struggle overall imho this yr.

FYI Witherspoon needs to learn how to tackle and hit the weight room, I wouldn't be surprised if he's not active on game days he's struggled this far.

doub't he'd even consider coming back here after the way he was treated by that twink Jed.
wtf, charges dropped, woman won't cooperate. So basically the woman ruined his career over nothing?

Man, I feel like if a victim goes through the effort to bring charges against a guy, there should be some penalty for dropping them later on. I just don't get it.

I bet you dollars to doughnuts that you're dead wrong, but time will tell. If the NFL is really serious about putting a stop to this crap, there should be a zero tolerance policy for all 32 teams. Period. End of story.

There's no good reason for smacking a woman around. I don't care if she's coming at you with a knife or gun, you use your head and figure a way to get the Hades out of a situation that has no good ending.

You don't think a woman trying to kill you is a good enough reason to put your hands on her?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to defend hitting a chick. But jesus christ, bill. If it's my life or smack a chick to try and stop her from killing me, she gonna get the business. You may be so much of a gentleman you're willing to die for your honor and chivalry, but not me.

I don't know where that came from Stoney. He tried to strangle her while she was holding their one year old child. You still going to defend this POS? Where did this "she was going to kill him" report come from? The DA's report mentions nothing that she came after him. It does mention that he slugged her in the face and then proceeded to choke the life out of her over a disagreement over what to watch on TV.

I think, perhaps, you were reading some fantasy report. I don't think the Santa Clara County DA would have filed felony domestic charges against TB if he had been "defending himself." Perhaps you read something I didn't? Or perhaps you invented some scenario that really wasn't the truth? I'm not sure what you were getting at. But I still stand by my original statement. I don't care if she's coming at you with a knife or gun, you do NOT abuse her the way Brock did. Knocking her down to get a gun or knife away from her is NOT abuse. It's self-defense. There's a difference. I just can't tell if you were responding to my original statement OR you read some account that Brock was somehow defending himself.

And for the poster that suggested TB would be picked up by another team after the draft, I'm still waiting to hear that news. All I hear is crickets. This turd is done. If the DA's report is really the truth of what happened, TB's next stop is a prison cell.

Charges dropped....You going to go crickets now?

Prosecutors can do more to force compliance but it is a tricky area. Is he really going to hold an alleged battery victim in contempt? Unlikely.
