So we've all been hearing about this whole CBA problem that the NFL has and how much it could negatively affect next season. I don't know too much about it. What is the issue and what would happen if it isn't resolved? For example, what type of things would the Niners, and other teams around the league, not be able to do?

The email from DeMaurice Smith to the players:

Part o the issues wont be resolved until they re certify as a union.

I doubt any of the active NFL players involved in the NFLPA are causing most of the flack, it's c********rs like this guy who are probably f**king this up...

Yeah I was excited at first, but now we are going to have to sit back and wait and see what the players do, I would not be suprised if they don't agree to this. If they don't the players' better be ready to take some serious heat from the fans.

D Smith is a hater.. of course there isn't an agreement...they haven't seen the proposal yet

From what I understand, the players actually have until next week to vote YES on this. If they go past Wednesday, which is the tentative start date then there will be serious problems.
