Since we can't discuss this in Niner talk, I will post it here because I really want to discuss this. I can't look forward to watching our football team getting blown out week after week. I have to look forward to something. So far I am leaning towards Jon Gruden for two reasons. 1.Gruden knows QB's and is an offensive minded head coach. 2. He will return us to a WCO like we should be!

that would be allstar staff only thing that could be better is to put norv turner instead of mccdaniels but norv has to be fired for that

sounds like a plan, but in reality, as much as I hate Sing I dont think he's gonna get replaced.....

McDaniels would be interesting, but I'm all but 100% certain that wherever Gruden goes, he's gonna bring Bill Callahan with him at the OC position (Callahan is in an 'exit-friendly' assistant head-coaching gig under Rex Ryan right now, and can leave at any time if he wants to break his contract).

Why...Were not bring back the bust. Plus Gruden runs the West Coast offense. Not the Digit system.

NO McDaniels please. He tore Denver apart by trading three pro bowlers. Then he cheated against US. I don't want him fiddiling with our roster.

gruden runs the wco mcdaniels does not, therefore not a good fit

I dont think Gruden would bring McDaniels in because of the systems they run. McDaniels doesnt run a WCO like gruden does. It wouldnt surprise me to see a promotion from a position coach to OC.

Childress could be an option......

No, but in running Denver's offense, found a way to relegate Hillis to the bench, render Eddie Royal ineffective, and just completely ignore Tony Scheffler. Genius!

He's worked with him before and I would not be surprised if he worked with him again. Callahan is also good with the OL.
