With all the cap room they will have and 5 number one picks in 2 years, they have a chance to begin building something.
But let's not forget that a lot of these guys were McKenzie's picks.

What are the odds the raiders get a better DE than Mack or a better WR than cooper? If anything they'd be lucky to get back to where they were.
