Injury issues aside, if there's a later round QB sleeper in this draft that Shanahan would be all over, its got to be Mills. Pro style QB, great football IQ and awareness, surprisingly strong arm, great passer on the move, really a nice overall prospect, has had just been cursed with injuries but I think he'll show really well during the Offseason Olympics. Sharp guy that will kill it on the whiteboard and if he can remain healthy, he'll have quite a few teams interested. His UCLA game is fun to watch and like previously mentioned, Simi Fehoko looks like an intriguing prospect too. Looking at Mills' footwork and mechanics, how he runs the boot and keeps his eyes down the field. I'd love to see him play in this offense

Slater-Perkins-Mills (first three picks)

No surprise but 49ers are in attendance. Mills ran 4.6 40.

As expected, John Lynch is at Stanford's pro day today. QB Davis Mills is the headliner, but Stanford also has:
T Walker Little
CB Paulson Adebo
WR Simi Fehoko
WR/Returner Connor Wedingtonhttps://t.co/rDjKG695uU

Also doing some research people say he is "not very mobile". If running a 4.66 is not mobile then I don't know what is.

Shahanan only head coach to attend. Makes sense based on location.

Mills looks great in his workout in the rain. Strong arm. Nice footwork from what I could see. If the Niners dont move up in rd 1 I think Mills is a real intriguing guy in the 3rd.

Davis mills looks pretty impressive today at his pro day with a good 40 time and good footwork with nice touch on his deep ball and doing it in the rain. John lynch is there to see it. He could be the niners dark horse pick in the 3rd round.
