We are not the Jets or Cards, we are only picking this high due to the slew of injuries which befell us, including our stud QB and RB. When you get "lucky" like this in the draft, you take the elite prospect unless someone goes crazy for a QB and makes you an offer you can't refuse.

This. If there were a definitive number 2 edge behind Bosa we should take him but Quinnen is possibly the best player in this draft so it would be hard to pass him up.

That's the point. The team needs to upgrade Watson and Marsh much more than the only position of strength on the team.

You go by what a draft board looks like, not what you wished it looks like.

Draft boards are never set in December for a reason. I personally don't think the gap between the top two and everyone else is as big as you think it is. Remember how big the gap was between Clowney and Mack the December before the draft?

You're right.

Bosa/Williams/Allen are all very close overall.

IMO I don't think they are just yet, but there is a ton of time to change that.

I think williams is a generational player and goes first. The only reason his sack numbers were not higher is the fact it took Saban a minute to figure out he had a 3 down player. The dude spent a lot of games on the sideline on 3rd down.
Its a very good thing that Lynch, Kyle and Saleh will get an extremely close look at Josh Allen at the Sr. Bowl.

If they're not absolutely blown away by him as an edge prospect, then I don't see how they pass up QW.

Them coaching there will probably make them even more critical of players faults

How "generational" we talking? That word gets overused lol.

I wouldn't be surprised come draft day that the Cards go QWill.

I watched most of bamas games this year cause I love Tua, Williams is an absolute monster. He is also very well developed as a player, doesn't just rely on natural ability. He is someone that can be a pro bowler his rookie year and would be a massive plus for our defense.

Idk who we are going to pick but I wouldn't be upset if it was him
