Another reason I'm hoping we're drafting high...so our coaches can get to see some of these guys up close at the Senior Bowl.
I'm afraid with Jimmy and our remaining schedule we may find ourselves out of the top 5 pick and not getting to host the game...unless some of those teams can their HCs like the Giants did.

I'm hoping Shanny coaches the senior bowl and sees penny first hand hey he may help Josh Allen if he accepts offer

Nice one of my favorite backs. Hopefully Shanahan coaches the senior bowl, Being arguably our most important offseason in recent memory.. think this would greatly improve our chances at having a good draft with additional coaching first hand of some of these great players

Rashaad Penny very easily may have the best pro career out of all the RBs coming out this year. Yes, I understand who is coming out this year.

Would have been perfect for our early 2nd round pick. Not sure how to get him now. Won't make it to late 2nd. Would take trading that 2nd and our early 3rd to get into the top of the 2nd round again. Can't see them doing that.
Trade back in the top 10 is our only option.

As long as we're top 3 we will be coaching the senior bowl (I beleive it's top two teams in draft that have a returning coaching staff).
Browns-in (how Hue still has a job is beyond me), NY-new coach their out, and SF....really the only other team in the running is Denver (bears will have a new coach).

I don't see how he is a top 2nd rd pick (let alone high 2nd) with all the other RBs coming out of this draft

I personally prefer our early 2nd round pick draft selection.

I've seen him and he is dynamic. But so are:
Saquon Barkley
Bryce Love
Ronald Jones
Nick Chubb
Derrious Grice
Bo Scarborough
Penny is an upright runner who has pass protection issues. I like him but mid 3rd-4th is where he will likely get picked. RB's always fall and this year is extremely deep at RB.
