I hope they play their starters for at least a quarter or two because that extra win might be the difference between picking fourth and picking eighth or ninth. It's a huge difference. Think ezekiel Elliott instead of

Think 2010, Eric Berry at 4 or at 8/9 you can take an Earl Thomas.

Bump. Share Ray was a healthy scratch this past game and not happy about it and voiced it lol. Not a huge Ray fan like some of you but when you have a Marsh anything is an upgrade

Just for comparison, here are the current PFF ratings for:
player pass rush run defense
Ray - 61 - 58
Fowler - 73 - 51
Marsh - 63 - 56
IOW, we already have Ray. Marsh is a better run defender that Fowler and not quite as good in pass rush. So how much would you spend for a modest upgrade from Marsh to Fowler, understanding he is only useful on passing downs?

I thought Fowler was going to be a beast when he came out. He's damaged goods though. He never showed improvement and had been a headache in the locker room.
Don't think we'll go after either of these guys.

I'm thinking Trey Flowers and Ziggy Ansah will be our main targets. Maybe Brandon Graham.

There is also a chance Ansah is actually a few years older than he is listed (29), and they're not completely unbelievable. The length and cost of the deal he would want I wouldn't be happy with us giving, especially as 3 years in he could actually be 35+ instead of 32.

I don't want Ansah either but I could absolutely see it happening.
