IMO Oliver, all those other threads do get a lot of traffic thus why they don't really need to be pinned because they always stay bumped...however if you were to keep a few pinned I'd say these : (The Forum Rules + General NBA + General NHL + College Football 2010-2011). Unpin College Football after the NCG in January and in Feb you pin up a General MLB thread. The NHL & NBA threads can be unpinned when the offseason hits in May/June.

They get a lot of traffic, but they don't always get a lot of traffic. That's why they're pinned. On the days when there's a game, or for the UFC, a fight, the threads get more traffic. If you unpin them, they'll likely slide down, and people would have to look for them, and noobs would probably start new threads.
