I'm waiting for my tickets confirmation to come through. Flights from SF->MSY are extremely expensive and there are no hotels available in the area. Might be worthwhile financially to fly into anther nearby city and drive to the Superdome.

My wife, myself, and some friends will definitely be there.
Going for the post season hat trick.... still recovering from screaming at the Georgia Dome

Will definitely be there.
Some recommendations for flights and rooms:
- Check alternate lodging websites like www.airbnb.com or www.vrbo.com
- try flying into near by cities instead of new orleans directly

No one would want to sit next to me because I would be b***hing non-stop...
What the f**k are they doing now? Why is everyone milling around on the field? Who called a timeout?
Regular season games are bad enough in person, the Superbowl would be even more maddening with all the long breaks.
It would be cool to go to one I suppose just to say I did it.

i'm holding out hope prices drop a little more... If it gets down to $1500 I might consider booking a last minute flight to NOLA... odds are slim though.

I live an hour away so I may go to city but can't afford the game.
For those coming to New Orleans for the 1st time, prepare your liver because you will be drunk the entire time. Avoid areas that look suspicious, crime is really bad but don't let it worry you just watch yourself.
This time of year in New Orleans is the funniest. Mardi Gras will be in full swing so try and catch some parades.

Saw an advert last night about this website and service for last minute bookings.
Might be worth giving them a check-out ?
