Not too surprising. Sounds like something happened midweek last week and that this was the plan since then. Glad they are not cutting him andltting him off easy.

Two factors at work here, IMO:

1. Anthony Dixon finally figured out which way is forward.

2. Jacobs actually managed to make Dixon look smart through social media.

I did not like the signing before the season. Because he was a Forty Niner, I agreed with his frustration about his lack of playing time. Now that he is suspended,, f*** him. He doesn't deserve to wear a Niner uniform.

It's all about the 49ers!

I simply cannot believe how stupid some NFL players are. What was he expecting?

I assume he knew about Frank Gore, but I guess dood di ent no bowt Hunter? He joined a team with a crowded back field. Can he count?
