While I thought Alex has looked terrible the last 2 games the team is still 5-2 and he's done some good things so you can't bench him and he still gives the 49ers the best/most proven guy to lead them right now.
However the people trashing Kaep and saying he hasn't proven anything the only reason he hasn't proven one way or another is because he hasn't been given a chance. Hopefully Alex keeps doing enough to get Ws but Kaepernick hasn't had a chance to go in and actually lead drives where he's not doing gimmicky plays.
i can tell you one thing though....Colin would've hit Randy Moss for that TD instead of throwing a pick there. That doesn't mean he's a better choice right now over Alex but people thinking he's not ready because of a running play are just dumb.

They are trying like hell to win games with Alex Smith and they are barely able to do so. The defense can't hold every team out of the end zone
5-2 yes they can

Not only locked....They straight up erased it...

Hill got benched because this team can't seem to move past their mistake of choosing Smith. Shaun Hill won us games that year, Alex Smith didn't. Trent Dilfer even came in and had a 300 yard 3 touchdown game for the 49ers ONCE. That puts Alex Smith just below Trent Dilfer status in my book because he's still missing the ring which he only had a chance to win last year

Quit using the word agenda when people are honest about Alex Smith

Media ftw. Not some player. LULZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!
Coach from your article..."We have been using Colin as an added weapon. We feel like we're getting plenty of everything fromAlex Smith. We'll leave it there," said Harbaugh, using one of his telltale commands to stop the conversation

No, he got benched because we couldn't get a first down against Houston. You probalby forgot. Hill is a solid backup. Can win a few games, but not throughout a season. He couldn't have done with Smith did last year.
If you think Dilfer is better than Smith, that says a lot. The memories I have of Dilfer on SF are bad. Really bad.
You're showing your blind bias.
