How do we right the ship in the middle of the perfect storm?

We're in rough waters my friends. Players jumping overboard. Coaches and GM's forced to walk the plank. Offense can't score, defense can't stop scores, special teams can't catch punts nor cover punt returners. Captain of the ship in need of temper management and navigating 101. We were in rough waters before; 1979 Joe Thomas GM storm - Bill Walsh sails us to calm waters and the treasure chests; 2003 Terry Donahue storm - Mike Noland shiprecks; Mike Singletary - ?

How do we get proactive before the ship sinks? You've got Jed York's ear. What do you tell him? Is it time to hire an old warhorse footman to consult with the young prince? How do we get out of these rough waters safely and back to the home lands, the playoffs and super bowls?

Winning cures everything. If the team starts winning no one will care about the past 3 weeks and the Yorks. The players that have jumped ship dont matter, when we start hearing this from the big name starts then it is cause for concern.

Hire a real football team president and let him hire the GM and HC.

We were behind a touchdown against the Chiefs for 2 quarters,had Cassell pounding the floor in frustration for 2 quarters.

It wasn't until they messed up the mindset of the niners by pulling out the cheeser plays.

Wildcat, onside , 4th down switcharoo, flea flickers, reverse wildcat flea flickers......etc.

Phaggot sh*t because their regular plays couldn't fade us.

They pulled out the trick plays. They adapted we did not. We should have changed our offense after it hadn't worked for half the game. Then should have changed up our D after they started all the trick plays.
