Brown would have been burned a couple times if Peyton was able to connect. There were a few times when the WR had a step on Brown.

At least CB is one of if not the deepest position on the team. Nate is easily replaced although it sucks losing a good player like him.
Hopefully he will realize he is a very good CB but not a superstar shutdown CB and agrees to a pay reduction. Then the 9ers can maybe move him to S and spend the draft picks/FA $ on 2-3 OL and a passrusher.

Another reason to try and get Eric Berry in the draft...

Its really not that big of a deal. The mans play is on the decline. Only I way I would bring him back is if he moves to safety and accepts a pay cut.

Eric berry is a strong safety kinda like in the mold of a healthy bob sanders... Clements plays cornerback... ... How does this make sense ? I'm not saying I wouldn't want berry(plus a new left or right tackle whatever) but yea.. Get ur facts straight.
