I agree. A big rookie mistake cost us a timeout. A blown coverage cost us a TD. Not protecting the ball cost us a turnover. Calling a timeout did not cost us a win.

We lose a game(yes we got blown out), and all of a sudden everybody is ready to abandon ship. We are 3-2 (one play away from 4-1 *referring to the vikings game).

This was obviously not one of Sing's best coached games, nor was it a best game for ANY of the players. Offense was flat, Defense was flat, our whole team played flat. But this does not give us reason to say, "Our season is over! Fire Singletary! Put in Alex Leaf! AhhHHHH!

And there are times when you need to huddle the team together and give them a peptalk. BUT what he did today was NOT the time. This is not pop warner football, folks. it is not a coaching issue because they didnt play like this the weeks before. they let the blow out go to their heads. do you think singletary told hill to aim at ankles all day and throw behind people, or tell receivers not to block, or told bly he could make an ass of himself if he ever intercepts a pass? Singletary has done everything right to this point, the only thing i dont like is jimmy raye and shaun hill but thats all we got right now. was i this nice with nolan? yes i was actually in the first two years before the whole alex smith fiasco and the false dreams he was feeding us, people are bailing on singletary after his first major loss. get over it

did i mention our entire O? no i didnt. shaun hill throwing at peoples ankles and behind their backs is whats annoying, rayes playcalling isnt the best either but shaun makes it look even worse

Just for the sake of entertaining you, if you remove Raye and Hill from the Offensive equation, what then are we really talking about? WR dropping balls, our top RB always hurt, rookies lost on the field, or our O-line sucking.

you just said all that stuff not me. i didnt mention Gore, or the rookies, our WR's missed some blocks but for the most part it wasnt their fault. but your gonna add something else that you think i said next

Was it a horrible loss? Yes. However, look at the big picture: We are without our best offensive player, no matter what happened today our defense is still a top 10 defense, we play in the worst division in football, we are still a game and half ahead of the Cardinals in our division, and we have a great leader in Singletary whose motivational skills are second to none. Now if we lose against the Texans in two weeks than that would be a different story, but until then we're alright.

The grace period ended last year when they gave Sing the job. Too bad for him but he doesn't get time to adjust. I have been watching a loosing team for 7 years and I am done waiting. They f**k up, I want answers.
