Since 1995, Sherman has lowest opposing passer rating of any CB, just edging Deion Sanders.
did you stop at 1995 because of deions amazing and better than sherman season in 1994 with the world champion 49ers?
even if he avoided that year it still tells you sherm is the best corner in the game and a serious problem to our offense everytime we play them. we need to break his f**kin legs next year.

hes a fine player, but i dont think you could put him on any D and he would be a top shutdown corner. i think guys like revis and haden can be placed almost anywhere and shut it down.

Peterson and Revis > Sherman, the only way you take sherman is if you can grab ET and a great pass rush rotation too along with him.
Sherman is great at what he does no doubt, but he isn't asked to do much and when he does play out of his normal position receivers have been getting catches on him. There is a reason he doesn't move around the field much, it doesn't play to his strength aka: press coverage, hiding grabs, and using the sideline as an additional defender.
