Hi guys. This is gonna be my first thread made on site. And I have to say there are many coaches on the hot seat and few of them are official done for next season while others are playing for their job for remainder of the season. I'll bring my candidates to be axed and their possible replacements and how they fit on those teams for next offseason. JASON GARRETT - COLTS O.C. BRUCE ARIANS. I have Arians as Cowboys Head Coach replacing Garrett over a huge list of candidates like Jon Gruden, Bill Cohwer, Mike Holmgren and Mike Sherman because all of those coaches had control or least made choices to choose their own personnel and that's something Jones will never let to do cuz his pride is humongous that he rathers let a 2nd or 3rd tier coach tries to survive on his terms than let an elite coach boss him around. But on Arians's favor, He is a proven coordinator and groomed Peyton Manning and Big Ben when they were rookies and has done an excellent job taking control of Colts team while Pagano is absent. He might be last hope for Romo to take him for next step on his career. ANDY REID - TEXANS D.C. WADE PHILLIPS. Many fans have Jon or Jay Gruden as possible candidates for Eagles coach spot but I saw them somewhere else, so my guess is Wade Phillips's gonna be the coach and rebuild the defense by switching to 3-4 scheme and most of roster fit in with Cullen Jenkins and Fletcher Cox as DL, Trent Cole and Vincent Curry as pass rushers plus Demeco Ryans and Michael Kendricks as ILBs with only spot left at NT filled on draft possibly Star Lotulelei or Jonathan Hankins. Meanwhile on offensive side, Eagles could hire Rod Chudzinski as O.C. for grooming young Nick Foles as starting QB. RON RIVERA - 49ERS O.C. GREG ROMAN (I know what you think but unfortunately this is gonna be unavoidable) Jerry Richardson had already told he won't hire big fishes like Holgrem, Gruden or Cowher after sour taste given by Seifert. Many fans would think about promoting Chudzinski as head coach but after how Cam fail on his expectations on sophomore season, another point of view is needed. "The Mad Doctor" has background with Panthers plus he already proved around league he can move the ball with many crafty and elaborated formations plus helping Alex Smith on his resurrected career. KEN WISENHUNT - DOLPHINS O.C.MIKE SHERMAN. Sherman will provide Bidwell an experienced coach who can help build faster this team than his predecessor. Sherman had bad experiences with TEXAS A&M Aggies but to be fair it was a lost cause try to beat schools like Texas, Nebraska,etc and he was cut by Packers because of Ted Thompson. Sherman already have tools to work with: Kolb showed some flashes at beginning of season plus having Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Roberts, Michael Floyd, Bennie Wells also a solid defensive core. As a former OL coach, He can help this wounded core of linemen. PAT SHURMUR - JON GRUDEN. Browns wins over Eagles mostly cuz Cleveland's Front Office will be cleared after Mike Holmgren is gone. In the past, Gruden was tempted of leaving ESPN for Browns but there was Holgrem as team football president and Tom Heckert as GM so he decided to stay on TV network instead. The University of Tennessee is pushing for his services but I don't see Gruden as NCAA coach while he can make something with his childhood's team. NORV TURNER - BROWNS MIKE HOLMGREN. Whispers around the league put Reid on Chargers's radar but why being satisfied by good coach while you can have The King Midas' instead. A.J. Smith and Turner will be gone for sure and Holmgren can easily fill those spots (literatelly speaking LOL). Holmgren has help teams like Seahawks and Browns to build up competitive teams through the draft and training camp. MIKE MUNCHAK - EAGLES ANDY REID. Bud Adams is tired by being crushed and overmatched in national media and they need someone who can build his team to be a big contender. Reid can bring Tom Heckert as his GM and build together a Superbowl team. On the defensive side of ball, he can bring Ron Rivera as D.C. ROMEO CRENNEL - BENGALS D.C. MIKE ZIMMER. Owner Clark Hunt needs someone with a tough and fighting attitude for this young team and Mike Zimmer fits nicely. Players whom played for Zimmer showed him their respect and dedication plus his career as defensive coach is remarkable around the league. Your thoughs?

Fired coaches I think will get HC jobs again this year:

Lovie Smith
Ken Wissenhunt
Andy Reid

All 3 of these guys have coached their teams to the superbowl. With so many HC job openings there just aren't going to be enough new HC prospects out there. And HCs with past success will get opportunities again, I think.

Fired HCs that will be hot prospects for teams looking to rebuild their offense:

Norv Turner
Pat Shurmer

A few teams (Oak/Arz/NYJ) kept their defensive coaches but fired OCs. I would think for teams in those situations Turner and Shurmer would be prime targets.

@JayGlazer: Lets go one further. Eagles asked to interview 3 Falcons coaches this Wednesday. Nolan, Koetter and Keith Armstrong in Atlanta.

Never understood the controversy behind the suit. I think all HCs should have the option of wearing suits. Its professional and as long as they are in warm weather whats the big deal? Take soccer for instance, its pretty much 50/50 on coaches that wear suits or team gear and most of the time the coaches that wear team gear(jackets, coats or scarves) are wearing a suit underneath.

LOL.......Whisenhunt didn't "coach" the Cardinals to anything so much as he rode a Hall of Fame QB and the top WR in football to the Superbowl. The guy was utterly clueless and inept once Warner said adios. In addition, he originally didn't want Warner and pushed Matt Leinart to be the starter at all costs. Living in Arizona I know just how full of crap this guy really is. He could be a solid offensive coordinator, but a head coach? He and his buddy Russ Grimm are both clueless.

Because people on the outside looking in generally don't know what the heck is going on. Just how so many thought non 49ers fans though Singletary deserved another chance and that he was a generally good head coach for the 49ers. Whisenhunt hit the jackpot when he got to the Cardinals, taking advantage of Denny Green's pretty solid drafting and the acquisition of Warner, he's been flailing around helplessly ever since.

Best coach out there is whisnehunt, who is just needs more to work with. The one coach I would not touch with a ten foot pole is Nervous Norv. If he happens to land an OC somewhere ( I hope not) those fans are going to see an OC half coaching, the other half looking for a HC slot. He is a fair OC, and a crappy HC. If Wade Phillips moves from DC to HC(which I don't think he will do), he will be making yet another colossal mistake. He is a great DC(wish we had him), not HC type guy.
Andy Reid....somebody already said, "Take a yr off" He needs it.
