Why would they go after Wisenhunt he hasn't made the playoffs in 3 years & to me is on the decline. I want to see Buffalo good again
@JasonLaCanfora: Add the Eagles to teams Broncos coordinator Mike McCoy will meet with this weekend. Heavy interest in him. AZ and CHI also to speak to him
@ProFootballTalk: Cardinals are leaking Thursday to members of NFL Media, agent is leaking Wednesday to others for Andy Reid interview.
@JasonLaCanfora: The Jags have interviewed Dave Caldwell (ATL) and Tom Gamble (SF) for their GM job, and will also interview Steve Keim (AZ).
Dirk Koetter not going anywhere...

signs 2 year extension with Falcons, per multiple sources.

really surprised that he is getting this much attention, but I'm interested to see what Marrone would do in the NFL. Syracuse isn't Texas or anything, but overall he's done very well there compared to what they had before when Greg Robinson coached the team.
I'm sure it has been addressed on here. But seriously. How stupid are the Bears for firing Lovie Smith? They went 10-6. They lost to GBx2, SF, Houston, Min, and the December version of the Seattle Seahawks. Plus some of those games were without Jay Cutler and all of them were with a spotty offensive line. This firing seems so ridiculously rash.

I live in the Chicago area and it was time to move on from Lovie Smith. Not making the playoffs in 5 of 6 seasons and never having an offense ranked above 15th.

It feels an awful lot like when we showed Marriuci the door. I understand why people in Chicago "feel" it is time to move on from Smith but I'm not sure it's a smart decision. Who do you think will replace him?

Tom Clements, Offensive Coordinator, Green Bay Packers

Jay Gruden, Offensive Coordinator, Cincinnati Bengals

Joe DeCamillis, Special Teams Coordinator, Dallas Cowboys

Bill O'Brien, Head Coach, Penn State

Doug Marrone, Head Coach, Syracuse

Jon Gruden

That seems to be the list right now.

You hit the nail on the head. He's not an elite coach but he made the bears relevant again.

Dummies gon' dumb.
