Denver so stupid, they should have called plays to milk the clock, now NO have a whole qtr to use

Negative. Denver needs to keep throwing td's so I win in fantasy.

That was sarcasm, cause some zoners would rather trade points for milking minutes

I drafted well in my FF, already won and PM is just the icing and Ice cream for my cake

I drafted poorly, but PM may save me anyway!

With ATLs schedule, guaranteeing they won't get the number 1 seed.

(2/2 on my guarantees this year.)

They had the #1 seed two years ago and were one and done.

If you really want to know how good they are this year, wait for their game against the Giants.

They HAVE to win that game to be taken seriously. They do that (or lose in a very close game), and they're legit. That game is in ATL so no excuses.

Otherwise they're just another good team.

No, they HAVE to win a playoff game.
WTF are the saints doing? Graham looking like s**t. They run the same play horribly twice in a row.

That Darren Sproles catch and touchdown is exactly what @LaMichaelJames could be doing right now.

well he needs to do something to get on the field, prove your worth - don't tweet about how great you think you are a*****e

While there is merit to your point, it was pretty much decided before the season that he was going to be buried until next season. Unless RB's start getting hurt, we won't see him. I don't think LMJ should be frowned upon for wanting to be out there.

49AllTheTime is wrong. Play calls can and does have an effect of the outcome of games. Some calls are just fVcking stupid, objectively speaking.

In regards to the game that you are referencing, 49ers Vs Giants, Roman (and Harbs) signed off on a bad game plan to begin with. Harbs ADMITTED AS SUCH. Alex Smith (and this offense in general) is not good enough to overcome a bad game plan.

In the Cowboys case, there is no defense for the play call of going for a TD on 3rd and 1, with over a min left to play and having T.O.s. Just stupid. What is Garrett thinking?

Play calling makes a difference, and if you don't think so 49AllTheTime, then you are asserting that coaching changes (and different play calling philosophy) don't matter. If you think that, then you don't know football.

Thats like saying Singletary/Raye = Walsh/Shannahan or Walsh/Holmgren

Yea right.

So it sounds like you are saying JH/G Ro = singletary/raye ?

The same coaches who pulled AS out of a ditch when he was left for dead

I don't know how you arrive at that conclusion based on my post. You are the one asserting that play calling doesn't matter/does not significantly effect the game (IE Singletary's publically stated philosophy that it is ALL execution). Thats obviously not true. Play calling matters. State your case otherwise, because I'm willing to change my mind if you've got something.

For the record, JH/G Ro > Single/Raye (proof is in the pudding)

You don't know.. You wrote it

There can be bad play calling like the 3 throws on a 2nd and 1

But a bad game plan which the whole team works on the whole week ? (Coaches game planning record is 18-5 btw )

No, I don't know, because that wasn't my point, I defended the "game plan matters" point. My point is: having a great game plan matters. That comes from good coaching. (Its up to the players to execute). Are you going to argue with that? Your point was: Game planning doesn't matter if the players don't execute.....Right? Obviously you don't game plan to throw three INTs. But you know what? You are ASKING for it when you quit on the running game. Bad game plan = loss. Bad coaches make bad game plans and calls as a Standard Operating Procedure. Thats why coaches changes make sense and thats why they happen. No matter how good of a coordinator or coach you are, you can make a bad call/game plan, even Walsh failed occasionally.

BTW, that 18-5 record is the result OF THE OPPOSITE GAME PLAN THEY USED FOR MINN & NYG.(Run to set up the pass).

Who gives a $hit if "they work on it all week"? So what. What does that matter? They still tried to force a square peg in a round hole.

Doesn't matter anyway, cuz you admitted it yourself, "There can be bad play calling like the 3 throws on a 2nd and 1. " Thats all I need to hear.
Basically, the Seahawks are a team that's good enough to be in every game, every week, but not good enough to put every game away. Which means they are what their record says they are.

lol, just saw a clip of the Cowboys RB going the wrong way on a play action. Love how incompetent that team is.

By all rights, they should be 3-5, but they've played a tough schedule. I think they're slightly above average, will probably make the playoffs due to the theft from GB.
