So which team dwells in futility this season and winds up with the bone that is the #1 overall pick? This should be a fun thread to come back to.
Edit: picking the Cardinals

Redskins 4-12
RGIII will not last a full season under their Oline with Ware, Giants Dline, Jason Babin, and Trent Cole in their division. Their Oline is glass and below average, RB's a big ?, No WR's besides Garcon, No DL, LB's are good with Orakpo/Kerrigan/Fletcher, DB's are horrible. Mike Shannahan gets fired.

In my opinion, the Rams are a good WR away from being decent.
Sam Bradford, Steven Jackson, "good WR", Finnegan and Jenkins at CB, Brockers DT
They have a good young core.

Dolphins seem to be completely lost. I'll go with them or maybe the Jags
